Chefs Ken Larsen and Jim Pascolla met at culinary school in 1981. Both graduated with the highest honors.
After graduation, their goal was to start a catering company. Soon thereafter, Something's Cooking Custom Catering was started as a part-time endeavor. Both also worked hard at high-end hotels, country clubs, and restaurants to perfect their trade. After 20 years of experience, hard work, and on-the-job education, the time had come to make Something's Cooking Custom Catering their full-time venture.
Now, in 2010, Something's Cooking Custom Catering is entering its 29th successful year. Word of mouth is our best advertisement.
